1. General

By registering on katanatw.com via Kick.com, Twitch.tv, YouTube (Google), or Telegram, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register.

This platform is for users aged 18 and over. By using the site you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

katanatw.com is part of the StreamerPlatform multi-tenant platform, providing streamers with individual websites for viewer engagement.

2. Coins & Virtual Balance

• Coins are a virtual in-site currency with no real monetary value.
• Coins are awarded for participating in activities, completing tasks, watching streams (Watch Rewards), referring users, and other on-platform actions.
• Coins cannot be sold, transferred, or withdrawn as money.
• The administration may change coin awards at any time without notice.
• Coins obtained through fraud or abuse will be voided and the account banned.

3. Coin Exchange (Market)

• In the Market, users may exchange coins for raffle tickets.
• Ticket price is set individually per raffle.
• Ticket sales close at the time specified by the administrator. No exchange is possible after that.
• The winner is selected randomly by the administrator after sales close.
• Purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• The administration may cancel a raffle and refund coins in the event of technical issues or force majeure.

4. Mini-Games

• The platform offers mini-games (Coinflip, Dice, Mines) played with virtual coins.
• All games use a Provably Fair system based on server seeds and SHA-256 hashing.
• Players can independently verify the fairness of each round after it concludes.
• Mini-games are entertainment only and do not constitute gambling, as coins have no real monetary value.
• The administration may adjust game parameters (multipliers, bet limits) without prior notice.
• Access to mini-games may be restricted in certain regions in accordance with local legislation.

5. Raffles & Activities

• Participation in raffles, fortune wheel, predictions, bonus hunts, and other activities is voluntary.
• One user, one account. Multi-accounting is prohibited and results in the ban of all associated accounts.
• Prizes are delivered within 7 days of the raffle's conclusion. Delivery method is agreed individually.
• The administration may disqualify any participant suspected of fraud.
• The raffle winner is selected by weighted random. Each ticket represents an equal chance. All participants and ticket counts are publicly visible.
• Access to raffles may be restricted in certain regions in accordance with local legislation.

5.1. Platform & Site Owner Liability

• StreamerPlatform is solely a technical platform (SaaS) providing tools for building interactive websites. The platform does not control, moderate, or bear any responsibility for content published by site owners and their users, including news, descriptions, images, messages, and any other information.
• The site owner (tenant) bears full and exclusive responsibility for all content published on their site, as well as for the actions of their moderators and users.
• The "Mini-Games" and "Raffles" modules are disabled by default for new sites and are only available after explicit confirmation by the site owner.
• By activating these modules, the site owner assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the use of gaming mechanics and raffles complies with the laws of the country of residence of their viewers.
• The confirmation is recorded in an audit log with the date, time, IP address, and user identifier.
• StreamerPlatform bears no liability for violations of local legislation by site owners, for the publication of illegal or prohibited content, or for any damages caused to third parties by the actions of site owners.
• Domain names purchased through the platform are registered under StreamerPlatform's name solely for technical purposes. Responsibility for content hosted on the domain lies with the site owner.
• The platform provides the ability to geo-block modules by region (e.g., for users from Russia).
• Upon receiving substantiated complaints or notifications about illegal content, StreamerPlatform reserves the right to suspend or remove the site owner's site without prior notice.

6. Watch Rewards

• Users may earn coins for chat activity during live streams.
• Reward amounts, intervals, and daily limits are configured by each site's administrator individually.
• Coins are awarded automatically when chat activity is detected.
• Using bots or scripts to simulate activity is prohibited and will result in a ban.

7. Referral Program

• Bonus coins are awarded for inviting new users via referral links.
• Self-referrals and fake registrations are prohibited.
• The administration may void referral bonuses obtained through abuse.

8. Tasks

• Tasks requiring manual review are checked by an administrator within 72 hours.
• Tasks are credited only upon genuine completion. Fraudulent submissions result in account ban.
• Coins for tasks are credited only after administrator approval or automatic verification.

9. Payments & Subscriptions (for site owners)

• Site owners (tenants) pay a monthly subscription for platform usage.
• Billing is calculated monthly based on the number of active (non-banned) users.
• Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency (USDT) via the Cryptadium payment gateway.
• New tenants receive a 14-day trial period.
• If the balance drops below the established limit, site access may be restricted.
• Domain purchases are processed via Cryptadium at registrar cost price.
• Domains purchased through the platform are registered under StreamerPlatform's name. The user receives full usage rights for the domain during its registration period. Domain transfer to the user's name is available upon request.

9.1. Site Owner Obligations

• By creating a site on StreamerPlatform, the owner confirms acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
• The owner bears full responsibility for content published on their site and for the actions of their moderators.
• The owner is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws of their country of residence and the countries of residence of their viewers.
• StreamerPlatform reserves the right to suspend or remove a site upon receiving substantiated complaints of legal violations.
• The creation of the site and acceptance of these Terms is recorded in the platform's audit system.

10. Bans & Restrictions

The administration may ban an account without warning in the event of:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraud, boosting, use of bots or automated systems.
• Toxic behaviour in the community.
• Attempting to hack or destabilise the platform.

Upon ban, all coins and tickets are void with no compensation.

11. Changes to Terms

The administration may modify these Terms at any time. The current version is always on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
